Compatible with iPhone and Apple Watch.

Xiaote Keyfob (Tesla Key Fob for Apple Watch) functions similarly to the official Tesla key fob, utilizing only Bluetooth for full functionality. The application operates independently of internet connectivity or your Tesla credentials. Rest assured, we do not collect or store any of your personal information or data.

Supported vehicles: All Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, along with 2021 or later Model S and Model X.

  1. How do I pair Xiaote Keyfob? To begin, ensure your Apple Watch screen is facing you throughout the process and remains awake. While seated in the driver's seat with the vehicle in Park, open Xiaote Keyfob on your Apple Watch. Click on the Pair button, grant Bluetooth permission when prompted, and select your vehicle through its Bluetooth key ID. If multiple vehicles appear, navigate to your iPhone's Settings > Bluetooth to locate your specific Bluetooth key ID (an 18-digit alphanumeric name).
  2. How do I operate Summon with Xiaote Keyfob? To use Summon, verify Enhanced Autopilot (EAP) or Full Self-Driving (FSD) is enabled on your vehicle. Access Controls > Autopilot > Customize Summon on your watch, setting Require Continuous Press to No. After configuring the vehicle, initiate Summon on the watch and follow the on-screen prompts to move the vehicle forward or backward within 5 seconds of entering double flashing light mode. Please exercise caution and be prepared to halt vehicle movement at any time, taking note of your surroundings.
  3. Can I pair multiple vehicles with Xiaote Keyfob? Currently, this feature is under development and will be activated through future updates. If necessitated to pair your Apple Watch with an additional vehicle, first remove the existing paired vehicle and proceed with the new pairing process.
  4. Does Xiaote Keyfob support automatic locking and unlocking? Automatic locking and unlocking are not entirely functional due to limitations within Watch OS background processing. When the app is closed, Bluetooth signal transmission ceases. To engage Xiaote Keyfob, you must reopen the app on your Apple Watch. Once operational, the key fob functions as a standard Tesla key fob.
  5. Would Xiaote Keyfob interfere with my phone key or key fob? No need for concern. Tesla supports concurrent connections with multiple keys without any interference between them.
  6. How do I unpair Xiaote Keyfob? Access Controls > Locks to remove Xiaote Keyfob from the list. Uninstall Xiaote Keyfob if necessary.
  7. How do I redownload or update Xiaote Keyfob on my Apple Watch? Open the App Store app directly on your Apple Watch (not on your iPhone). Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Account > Purchased or Updates, locate Xiaote Keyfob in the list, and proceed to redownload or update as needed.
